Lunging Your Way to the Bank

Working on strengthening your leg muscles will not only help boost your body's fat burning capabilities, it will help you feel like you have some "strong legs to stand on", metaphorically, and indeed this stronger feeling will make it easier for you to feel more empowered when dealing with your finances.

In today's fitness video, MizFit demonstrates how you can burn some calories, save on some calories, and even de-stress while going to the bank. Oh yeah, it is possible to multi-task so efficiently!

You crack me up, MizFit! Lunging to the bank - I know I would get some strange looks!! Maybe if I try this where I don't know anyone (pick a branch location way far away from home!) (do I sound self-conscious about this???)...

(And I shall not care who stares I shall pretend they are simply admiring my amazing glutes and hamstrings. So there! Besides, my bank is downtown and me lunging will be one of the less-freaky things going on around there, I assure you.)

Great plan Miz. Being a little silly is fun- and if the de-stressing and calorie burning comes along with it, then might as well be extra silly!

I'm sorry but this video almost made me cry. It's 20 below zero where I live. Happy lunge banking.

lol I love it! It is pretty cold here too in th 20's and dropping. It might actually keep me warmer to lunge into the bank instead of walking:) I'm one of those sick people that actually like lunges:) at least that's what people tell me.

I can never get enough of watching MizFit do lunges in the most creative places. That anything with the arms. Whew! Those arms :->
